Suzanne Olson joined Hillary Wicht’s team as a partner in March 2025, to offer practical, operational guidance. She uses strategic coaching which is centered in business impact, clear decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and long-term vision. This work enables her clients to create real next steps toward achieving organizational goals, creating culture, retaining top talent, and building trust. She has an extensive background in B2B customer delivery for high tech companies, in stages from early start-up to hypergrowth. This has enabled her to understand client and team dynamics to translate narratives into skill building. Her history in post-sales customer success has given her first-hand experience in the challenges and opportunities of the business environment. Suzanne coaches from the “apex of the trinity” of product, people, and processes. She is able to integrate human leadership and emotional intelligence to inspire increased productivity all in the context of the modern business world.

Suzanne’s expertise spans the areas of business workflows, program management, data-driven decision making, emotional intelligence and operational excellence. In a coaching capacity, this leads to applying transformational leadership philosophies to real-world applications, giving clients new practices and skills that are immediately tangible to growth.
