During this 60-minute  intensive, she provides an assessment of your current Executive Avatar™; including your voice, presence, & leadership style, ability to influence, and the health of your Inner and Outer Game™ mindset.  You’ll walk away with a personalized action plan focused on customized skillbuilding to accelerate your career trajectory and overcome personal blocks in order to achieve your highest outcomes.

You’ll work directly with Hillary 1:1 to execute on your action plan.  Learning to embrace your own inner strength amidst the highly disruptive marketplace and create new responses backed by revolutionary thinking.
